What has been your greatest achievement working with children? Having the opportunity to gain my early years teacher status with the help of the hands on experience in the setting working alongside children.

What made you decide that you wanted to work in childcare?

I have always wanted to ensure children are safe and happy. I believe that early years is a crucial time in child development and feel privileged that I can work in partnership with parents to help their children thrive and develop in a secure environment.

What has been your greatest achievement working with children? I am proud of the progress all the children have made in my care.

What made you decide that you wanted to work in Childcare? I've always loved children, so for me there wasn't another option about what I wanted to do. It had to be childcare, I love it, it's so rewarding.

What has been your greatest achievement working with children? Making a difference to children and families, seeing each of their personalities grow. To me, I've achieved what I wanted to do, by making someone's life a little bit happier.
