Ofsted Inspection report
On the 5th of February 2018, we had our welcomed visit from Ofsted so that they could perform their inspection. We are happy to announce that Ofsted graded the setting as 'Good'. We couldn't be happier with the grading, as this allows the setting to continue to provide the excellent level of care that you have come to expect from ABC. Pride of Tameside Business Awards 2018
In September 2018, ABC Hyde LTD were once again shortlisted to win the Pride of Tameside Business Awards for 5 Categories!
Health and Social Business, Family Run Business, Small Business, Rising Star - Under 30's and Entrepreneur of the Year.
The event was held at Dukinfield Town Hall on the 25th of October, where to Amy's shock, she won the Rising Star award for Under 30's.
Amy invited the whole staff team to accept the award with her, and were honoured to be presented with the award by the mayor of Tameside, Councillor Denise Ward.
Pride of Tameside Business Awards 2017
In September 2017, ABC Hyde LTD we were shocked to discover that we had been shortlisted to win the Pride of Tameside Business Awards, in the Health and Social Care category and Small Business of the Year award. The event was held at Dukinfield Town Hall on the 2nd of November, where to our surprise, were announced as winners of the Health and Social Care Business of the Year award.
Amy, Chris, Kat and Georgia were honoured to be presented with the award by Jan Lord of the Pride of Tameside Business Awards judging panel.
Woodland Trust - Green Tree School
Alongside our forest school sessions, we have been working towards our Green Tree School award. We hope to receive a nice metallic Platinum Award plaque that we can proudly display on the nursery premises.
Food and Nutrition Awards
We are very proud of our Food Hygiene and Food Safety awards. Since ABC Day Nursery opened in 2010, we have maintained a very high standard in our kitchen, receiving the highest rating possible every year.
