What made you decide that you wanted to work in Childcare? When I was younger I used to babysit my little cousin and I really enjoyed being around to watch her grow and develop

What has been your greatest achievement working with children? Working with a child who had no communication/speech and helping them develop and understand teaching them full sentences and words.
