What made you decide you wanted to work in Childcare? I am the eldest of 4 children, so was always around younger children. I used to baby sit neighbours, friends and cousins. This made me decide that childcare would be my career.

Using my wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting new team members, and in turn, helping the children to succeed and have a happy time at Nursery.
