What has been your greatest achievement working with children? Having the opportunity to gain my early years teacher status with the help of the hands on experience in the setting working alongside children.

What made you decide that you wanted to work in childcare? Having owned and managed my own business previously, I was able to provide help with the day to day running of the Nursery as well as the general maintenance and up keep of the setting. Since then I have acquired vast knowledge and skills, which I enjoy sharing with the children
during Forest School classes.
What has been your greatest achievement working with children?
Completing my Level 3 Diploma in Management, Childcare and Forest School.

I have always wanted to ensure children are safe and happy. I believe that early years is a crucial time in child development and feel privileged that I can work in partnership with parents to help their children thrive and develop in a secure environment.
