What made you decide that you wanted to work in Childcare? Doing hair dressing, I enjoyed cutting children's hair and looking after younger family members.

What has been your greatest achievement working with children? Understanding all children are different and learn, grow and develop in there own ways and developing a bond with each child and parent and knowing there happy to come to nursery.
